Отчеты, отражающие существенные расхождения между возможным планом деятельности (производственным планом), который может быть реально реализован, и ранее запланированными или ожидаемыми (предполагаемыми при планировании) результатами. Цель этих отчетов - уведомить управленческое звено о нежелательных результатах с тем, чтобы вовремя выполнить корректирующие воздействия.
